Matt Scheltema is an Electrical & MEP Designer at E3M. 

He started his career by becoming a Certified Professional in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. He has 10 years of experience as an Electrical Designer for a West Michigan electrical contractor before joining E3M.

He recently earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with a focus on Power Systems.

Matt is currently pursuing his Professional Engineering (PE) license which is earned by working under a PE for six years and completing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.

At E3M Matt is focused on electrical design and is expanding into other MEP & Virtual design. “Matt has brought an important skill set to E3M. His adaptable approach to design and projects is a great asset. We’re excited to have him on the team!” said Eric DeVries, E3M President.
