Join us in welcoming Kyle Boston to the E3M team! With 25 years of experience in the
energy field, we’re grateful to have him as our Senior Energy Manager.
Previously, Kyle has done HVAC testing and balancing, commissioning, MEP, and
energy audits. He is a certified commissioning provider, via ASHRAE, and is pursuing
his energy manager certification by early 2024.
Kyle was enticed to E3M to work in the energy industry in a way that wasn’t driven by
construction schedules. But what sealed the deal was our culture focused on investing
into our team more so than the company. He loves that E3M’s culture remains constant
even during growth.
In his free time, Kyle loves watching his kids play sports, cooking family meals on the
Traeger or Blackstone, and escaping into nature for hunting, camping, and fishing.
